We are a "wholesale only" distributor and not open to the general public. If you have reached us in error, please refer to one of the local retail/rental stores who will be able to assist you.

PURCHASE APPLICATION

If you are a registered business interested in purchasing/reselling our products, we require all new customers to complete the "Purchase Application" and fax, email or mail it back SIGNED along with a copy of one of the following Acceptable Company Identifications: your business license, resale tax certificate, government registration, yellow page ad or void imprinted business cheque.

Upon receipt of your completed application, we can mail you a catalogue, quote prices and process orders. Should you need an urgent order, we will fax the price sheet and you can order right away. See the products under the catalogue tab.

Note #1: this is not a credit application - such is available on a separate form.
Note #2: we do not ship COD so if you decide not to complete the Charge Card Authorization section at this time, you will be required to fax the application back again with this section completed as soon as you place your order.

PARTY EMPIRE PROGRAMS

1. BUSINESS BUILDER'S PROGRAM … for value and savings. You are automatically entitled to the rewards of our Business Builder's Program (herein referred to as B.B.P.) just by placing your 1st order with us. You receive 10% of the value of each purchase in merchandise which can be taken on your next order or accumulated for as long as you like. Just let us know at the time of your order if you want to use your program. Note: the B.B.P. is not for use as payment on an invoice or as a credit against your account.

2. PARTY EMPIRE TRAINING CENTRE … for education and training. We offer private courses tailored to your needs. Choose from balloon decorating, balloon twisting and basic floral design. You set the agenda and date, we provide materials and the expertise. Train for an hour or a day. Attend solo or bring along co-workers or employees. Our staff of experienced Certified Balloon Artists (CBA's) are excited to share their knowledge.

3. RETAIL PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM … for marketing and advertising. Your annual membership includes: T50 #P707 * 2 additional display catalogues for your customers to order from (reg. $10 each). Because we are a "wholesale" only distributor, your clients - the general public - are not eligible to purchase from us. * a custom laminated Price Code Sheet for your customer's use (reg. $20 each) printed with your retail prices for every item in the catalogue. Prices are based on your shop's markup along with your shop's name and info. * no drop service charge for drop orders shipped direct to your customers (reg. $10 each time) * priority notification of all sales, clearance and discontinuance specials * a 10% reduction on all P.E. Classifieds all year

4. P.E. CLASSIFIEDS … for help wanted ads and for ads to buy and sell used balloon, floral and party equipment. Choose from 3 ad styles each running for one month. 5. THE EMPIRE RECOGNITION AWARDS … every quarter we will post in our warehouse and on our website one from each of these 11 categories: *letters of quick tips/tricks, business info, success stories *photos of your work in d้cor, sculptures, balloon twisting, bouquets, centrepieces, floral arrangements, gift baskets, entertainers.
